Green and digital transformation of the production model
Strategic capacity expansion and a complete transformation of the business model according to the principles of Industry 4.0 were the backbone of the cooperation with FOM Ltd. Our engagement included navigating the grant process and managing a project focused on vertical and horizontal digital integration of all levels of the business: from the production and warehouse to the finance and sales departments.
The project resulted in the procurement of advanced automated machines and tools which, in addition to increasing productivity, enable more efficient use of resources and a significant reduction in waste. The implementation of digital solutions has transformed the traditional distribution and production of aluminum profiles into a high-tech process ready for the international market.
